After almost 30 years, our Sylvan pool was in need of an upgrade. The brick coping, spa spillway along with the milti-piece tiling had become maintenance nightmares and the patching by too many “highly” thought-of contractors was resembling a DIY effort. The plaster was also showing its age. We contacted a number of firms for advice and estimates but just felt most comfortable with Century Pool for a number of reasons, including that they had built pools for Sylvan when it was still in the CT area. The whole process from beginning to end was handled professionally; the workers were polite, organized and neat. The job site was kept orderly, and schedules were clearly communicated and welcomingly held to. Friends and family using the pool love the new look and we do too. Now some 8-9 years later the pool remains maintenance-free and we have since used Century to upgrade our heater, filtration system, and in 2024, a new variable speed pump. We highly recommend Century Pool and believe they should be at the top of any CT pool owners’ short list.
